Your initial Access ID and PIN are your employee ID followed by the * sign for both.
Then follow the voice prompts to record your name and create a new PIN using 4 to 9 numbers. Once you have registered you can use the online subsystem.

Log-On to Smartfind Express, hover your mouse over the profile button in the top right corner of screen and select UPDATE EMAIL
